Actually, I've only read the last one all the way through because I have the habit of setting a book down and forgetting I was reading it. XD
It was a good read anyway, probably is the most satisfying of the 7, even though it was pretty sad to me...

I'd have to say Deacon Frost from the movie Blade. He's so vicious.
